Consultation Registration and Agreement

1. Registration Requirement: to receive a consultation, you must register on our website.

2. Consent to Communication: by registering, you agree to allow us to contact you via phone or instant messenger to schedule the date and time of your consultation.

3. Personal Data Processing: by filling out the registration form, you consent to our terms of personal data processing. Your data will be securely stored and will not be transferred to third parties.

 

Consent to Wellness Services

1. Health Screening Consent: by registering, you consent to a computer test of your health using magnetic resonance screening. We use a biomagnetic analyzer with AI-based software, specifically the Bris Express device, which is certified in the EU and produced through Ukrainian-Bulgarian collaboration.

2. Understanding of Recommendations: you acknowledge that you will receive recommendations for health improvement using natural remedies and dietary suggestions. These methods require time and adherence to the recommendations to see results.

3. Diet Recommendations: we do not prescribe strict diets. Instead, we provide a temporary list of foods to eliminate based on the Food Test results, along with recommendations to compensate for missing nutrients to reduce chronic processes in the body.

4. Medication Policy: we do not prescribe medications. Our goal is to offer a step-by-step plan to reduce chronic inflammation related to dietary deficiencies. Our approach is comprehensive and free of side effects.

5. Nature of Service: our service is wellness-oriented and supports overall health. If significant changes in organs and systems are detected, we will recommend consulting a family doctor for further medical treatment.

6. Duration: the average consultation lasts 30-40 minutes, depending on the number of questions. If you require individual selection of products or supplements, the total consultation time will be one hour.

 

Cancellation and Rescheduling

1. Advance Notice: you may cancel or reschedule your consultation up to 24 hours in advance without penalty.

2. No-Show Policy: if you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to show up without a valid reason, we reserve the right to refuse re-registration for future consultations.
